Rostand is a Ph.D. Candidate with more than five years experience working in computer networking and R&D projects, leading research agenda and publishing papers at several top venues like; SIGCOMM, INFOCOM, IMC, PAM, HotMobile, ICNP, etc. Highly trained in Data Science, AI/ML applied to networks systems including: 4G/5G/6G wireless mobile networks, Autonomous/Teleoperated (ToD) Driving, emerging scalable network architectures (such as NFVs, SDNs), and content distribution networks (CDNs). Proficient problem solver, effective communicator, and fluent in French.

Rostand earned a B.S. degree in computer science and mathematics with an emphasis in computation from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and a M.S. in computers science from the University of Minnesota. Ross has previously worked for big technology companies like Microsoft and Cisco Systems, and has a solid experience in theories, researching, developing, and implementing internet technologies and networks systems.
